Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Office and Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving business growth, managing office operations, and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the landscaping industry.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, client acquisition, and partnership development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and procurement.

Oversee project coordination and workflow management to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform business strategies and decision-making.

Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and project estimates to clients.

Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and quality assurance.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the landscaping or construction industry.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
